Boro Art and Craft Festival

Story and photography by Eric Lusk

The Boro Art and Craft Festival recently took place on a beautiful, sunny Saturday around the historic courthouse on Murfreesboro’s square. Local artisans from throughout the area set up booths to display their paintings, wood working, jewelry and more. Hundreds of middle Tennesseans flocked to the downtown area, most very happy for events to be happening again! Food and drink vendors were also on hand to make sure the crowds didn’t go hungry or thirsty.

Local arts and craft shows have long been an integral part of our community. From art crawls and festivals like this to national drawing events like Uncle Dave Macon Days, which combines music with arts and crafts, our area is known for its vibrant talent.
