Rutherford County Farmers Market Announces Evening Market Schedule, Vendor List and Exciting Summer/Fall Activities

The Rutherford County Farmers Market is thrilled to announce its evening market schedule and a full lineup of family-friendly activities for the upcoming summer and fall seasons.

This year’s events promise to bring the community together with fun, learning, and local flavor for all ages.

The market recently announced that it will now be open year-round, from spring to winter each year.

The market will host a variety of free family events throughout the summer, including:
Movie Nights at the Market
Bingo Night with prizes and community fun
Glow Stick Party for kids and families
Pajama Storytime, a cozy evening of stories and snacks

In addition to these special events, the market will feature ongoing family-friendly activities all season long, creating a welcoming space for residents and visitors to enjoy local produce and entertainment.

The Rutherford County Farmers Market is re-introducing its Agventurers Toddler Class Series throughout the summer, designed to engage young children in hands-on agricultural learning experiences. Families can also look forward to a horse petting zoo, walking clubs, and visits from the Rutherford County Library Bookmobile, offering books and activities for all ages. Patrons can pick up monthly event calendars directly from the market.

“The Farmers Market has always been about more than just fresh produce—it’s about community,” said Hannah Bleam, Market Manager, “This year’s lineup is our most exciting yet, with something for everyone to enjoy while meeting their local farmer.”

The evening market and summer/fall activities will take place at 315 John R Rice Blvd in Murfreesboro with schedules and event details available on the Rutherford County Farmers Market’s official website and social media pages.
