As a signature program of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Rutherford is dedicated to developing informed, engaged leaders who are passionate about serving our community. The program equips participants with the tools to better understand the challenges and opportunities facing Rutherford County while strengthening their leadership skills and expanding their professional networks. Through hands-on experiences and meaningful dialogue, members are encouraged to take on active roles in shaping the county’s future.

Recently, alumni from more than four decades gathered at MTAR in Murfreesboro for the annual Party Gras celebration. The evening brought together past classes for a lively time of reconnecting, sharing memories and celebrating the lasting impact of Leadership Rutherford.
