KRISTEN BUDDE RELEASES “REGRET”

Murfreesboro-based singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kristen Budde has released her latest single, “Regret,” a heartfelt reflection on the past and a powerful reminder to embrace the present. Inspired by a return to the town where she began her adult life, the song channels the emotional pull of “what ifs” while ultimately encouraging forward momentum.

Known for her warm Americana style and thoughtful lyrics, Budde recorded the track in Muscle Shoals with a lineup of talented Nashville musicians and production by acclaimed songwriter Nicole Witt. With a sound that’s both intimate and expansive, “Regret” is a fitting follow-up to her acclaimed debut EP, Begin Again, and gives listeners a glimpse of what’s to come on her next full-length project, due in 2026.

Budde’s music has been praised for its emotional depth and relatability, qualities that shine through once again in “Regret.” Listen at kristenbuddemusic.com or follow along @kristenbuddemusic.
