Friday nights in June, July, August and September are filled with the swinging sounds of music, and people laughing and dancing the night away as Main Street Murfreesboro throws their musical party on the historic courthouse square.

Recently, the eccentric Rubik’s Groove took the stage to offer up their funky, fun-filled 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s party anthems. The area in front of the stage is left open for those who have to get up to break it down. 

Main Street is committed to maintaining, enhancing and promoting the historic downtown as the heart of our community. The organization capitalizes on the unique character of the courthouse square and the surrounding business district with the goal of transforming it into the cultural, social, professional and retail center of Rutherford County.
