Grace, Grit and the Crown: How Terry Coulter Is Redefining Strength at Every Age

As a certified fitness professional, motivational speaker and newly crowned Ms. Tennessee Senior America 2025, Terry isn’t just embracing the spotlight—she’s using it to light the way for other women.

“I’ve earned a lot of awards and trophies over the years,” Terry shares. “But the person I’ve become through this journey—that is my greatest achievement.”
