Vanguard Family Medicine Presents $100 to St. Jude of Lima Catholic School

Dr. Christine Hoffman from Vanguard Direct Family Medicine presented a $100 check to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School on August 30, 2018. The check was the result of a “Back to School” contest held on the Vanguard Direct Family Medicine Facebook Page earlier in August. Dr. Hoffman and the staff at Vanguard Direct Family Medicine appreciate the hard work of the students, faculty and staff of our Murfreesboro schools and wanted to show their support for the upcoming school year.

The Direct Primary Care model gives Vanguard Direct Family Medicine the ability to offer outstanding care to their patients 24/7- whenever it is needed. They believe that each patient deserves personal attention when it comes to their health.
