New SocialHouse Opened October 2023

Syndicate & Co. is excited to continue spearheading growth and revitalization in the Historic Depot District of Smyrna by opening its newest restaurant concept: The Print Shop. This eclectic and modern socialhouse provides a gathering space where families, young adults, and even four-legged friends can enjoy an exciting menu, indoor and outdoor full bars, greenspace, and more.

The location has been a centerpiece in the Depot District for decades, operating as a print and
graphics shop for many years before its sale in 2022. Syndicate & Co. has taken great care to
preserve the history of the location, salvaging the original hardwood flooring, windows, graffiti,
and many other truly unique relics reflective of the building’s history.

Caleb Spearing, Founder and CEO of Syndicate & Co., says, “We are honored to have Smyrna,
TN be home to our first location of Syndicate Hospitality Group’s newest concept: The Print
Shop. We are passionate about the work being done to revitalize the area, and are grateful to
play a role in this effort. Smyrna was the obvious choice for this momentous milestone in
Syndicate’s journey.”

Aside from offering a unique American menu and specialty bar, The Print Shop will be giving
away promotional merchandise, stickers, and food items during the event.
