Children of Fallen Soldiers to Receive Christmas Presents



S.O.S. (Season of Sacrifice) Christmas is a pilot program that started in 2018 serving these special children with Christmas presents. We are excited to announce that we will be back in New York for the second year to serve even more children than last year! (SOS Christmas 2018)
American citizens will be given the opportunity to sponsor a family, beginning November 1st, and drop presents off to an ASC drop-off location on December 14th. That night we will host a Christmas party for local Tennessee ASC families.

When: Saturday, December 14th
Where: Providence United Methodist Church
Sponsor Drop Off: 8am-11am
Party for ASC Families: 4pm-6pm

  • City Schools Foundation Awards over $100,000

    The City Schools Foundation distributed a record setting $106,000 in grants to Murfreesboro City School teachers. The Foundation asks educators to submit proposals for funding that will help acquire resources for classrooms not ordinarily provided by taxpayer dollars. Grants are submitted anonymously and are judged solely on their merit by a committee. Over 120 grants were submitted for consideration. Read More
