Celeste Middleton




Celeste Middleton says what she does each day is her calling, not just her job. She’s grateful to her dedicated team for giving exceptional service to each client they serve. “We strive for a culture that is positive and want the best for each other,” she said. “We are a connected team. We want to take care of our customers and clients by finding out what is important to them. We work hard to give them a level of service that will make them smile.”

Celeste is also grateful for having an opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of those she serves through State Farm.

An agent since 1994, Celeste moved to Murfreesboro in the 1960s, when her father became a professor at MTSU. Over the years, she and her team have earned many awards and accolades for their dedicated work. Some of those designations include the following: Chairman Circle, Crystal Excellence, Ambassador Life Travel and SVP Club.

Celeste is a board member at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Rutherford County. She strongly believes in the benefits of developing and mentoring our youth. She and her husband, Michael, have been married for 30 years and have two children, Killen and Alexa. The family enjoys being outdoors, including hanging at the beach and playing basketball. They are also part of the North Boulevard Church.

Celeste and her team at State Farm believe in proactively reaching out to their clients
to make it a priority to review policies regularly. “It is important because people get so busy in their lives,” she said. “We work hard to keep an eye on their policies and make sure we are taking care of what is important to them and minimizing their risks.”
