With the holidays behind us, I’m happy to be back in a routine and looking ahead to the new year. Our February issue of VIP Murfreesboro is one of our most anticipated of the year, showcasing many of the beautiful weddings from the past season.

Murfreesboro has truly been blessed by the talent and culinary vision of Mitchell Murphree, owner of Five Senses, Steakhouse Five, and Five on Black. February’s VIProfile shares Mitchell’s background and his journey to bringing our community some of the finest food and service around. We hope his story leaves you inspired… and hungry.

For our VIP Home feature, Stephanie Macca Hemaryi graciously opens the doors to her stunning wedding and event venue, Macca Villa at Riverside. Located on Jefferson Pike, the property has it all- charm, style and plenty of “Southern Italian hospitality.” We know you’ll enjoy everything Macca Villa has to offer.

In addition to reliving many of the local weddings that took place over the last year, this issue also offers a comprehensive look ahead to planning a 2026 wedding. From caterers and venues to aesthetic services available for the big day, we hope to give you a helpful jumpstart on the planning process.

As we kick off the new year, we want to thank you for your continued support and readership. We look forward to spreading joy throughout 2026 within the pages of VIP Murfreesboro.
