Crye-Leike names Michael Osborne Sales Manager in Murfreesboro



Crye-Leike Real Estate Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Osborne as Sales Manager at its Murfreesboro office. Osborne brings 21 years of real estate experience and a strong background in leadership, sales and agent development to the role.

Throughout his career, Osborne has built a reputation for strategic sales leadership, consistent performance and a client-first approach across both residential and commercial real estate. He is known for mentoring agents at all stages of their careers and for developing high-performing teams. His experience as a former golf instructor has shaped his patient, instructional leadership style, emphasizing technique, discipline and continuous improvement.

Osborne is returning to Crye-Leike after previously spending more than a decade with the company from 2006 to 2018. Following seven years away, he brings renewed energy and a deep familiarity with the company’s culture and commitment to agent success. “Sometimes you just have to know where your home is, and I am happy to return home after seven years away,” said Osborne. “I look forward to bringing my energy, knowledge and experience to enhance what Crye-Leike has to offer and to help agents grow and elevate their careers.”

Osborne will support agents and clients throughout Rutherford, Bedford, Williamson and Davidson counties. He resides in Murfreesboro.

Osborne is a licensed broker and is actively involved in the community, serving as a special advisor to First Shot, a local 501(c)(3) organization supporting underserved children in Murfreesboro.
