New Beginnings Conference

Story by Joyce Taylor

More than 800 women attended the 8th Annual New Beginnings Women’s Conference at New Vision. They visited, they shopped and after hearing all the speakers, they went away inspired. Founder of the event, Cherie Jobe, is a speaker, author, and certified life coach. Cherie teaches that regardless of your personal mistakes, your life can change. Her passion is to encourage, equip, and empower women to be all God has designed them to be.

The topic for this year’s all-day conference was “Finding Hope in Your Journey.” The day was filled with inspirational speakers including Lori Sain Smith, Debra Winans and Stephanie Van Winkle. The featured speaker was Ruth Graham, daughter of Billy Graham. Cherie Jobe announced February 8 as the date for the 2020 conference, with Shelia Walsh as the featured speaker.
