The Doors of Hope’s Firefly Gala recently took place at the Copper Ridge Event Venue in Murfreesboro. This elegant evening, assembled by Nneka Sparks, included a live jazz ensemble, cocktail hour with prime appetizers, dinner and a live auction.

Dr. Pam Singer was awarded the Bart Warner Volunteer of the Year award for her tireless work supporting this cause.

County Commissioner, Craig Harris was the keynote speaker, relaying to the audience his heartfelt story of how addiction has personally affected his life. Additionally, Doors of Hope alumni, Carrie Garner spoke about her time with the organization and how it helped shape the life she is currently living.

The Firefly Supper highlights the Doors of Hope mission, which is to strengthen our community by offering support services to women recently released from incarceration who are making the difficult transition back to societal life.
