Editor's Letter

Well, these are certainly not the circumstances under which I envisioned I would be writing my letter to you, our deeply valued readers. Sitting at home, trying to remain focused while my girls are in the other room giggling amongst the sound on television of the ever changing news of a pandemic that has forever changed our lives. While we all have hope that “normal” will return sooner than later, the midst of this uncertainty and fear seem to overtake our thoughts. This is history in the making.

Our world, our country and our community have experienced more unprecedented change in the last month than we can even begin to recall. However, without fail, Murfreesboro has “shown up and shown out” in support of those who make our community what it is. It is awesome to see photos, posts and conversations of encouragement and light during a time that feels so dark. We at VIP Murfreesboro love nothing more than sharing the good news of Murfreesboro, and once again, you’ve given us plenty of that to share!

Please read through this issue in whichever way is easiest for you (online or in hand), and be sure to reach out and support those local businesses inside who help make Murfreesboro a wonderful place to call home. Let us know if there’s something we need to celebrate, and we’ll be sure to share. Sending you and yours healthy and happy vibes!
