Business After Hours at Hamilton Glass

Story and photography by Eric Lusk

Several years back, Bart Hamilton decided to make a leap. Leaving years of working in the home-product industry, Bart bought Wayne’s Glass Company. It didn’t take him long to transition the company from a small mom-and-pop to a major player in the region. With the expansion of business, the company outgrew their little location, so they moved off the square. However, as the company continued to flourished, it became evident another move was on the horizon. In December of 2017, Russell Hamilton joined HGC bringing his expertise as a Mechanical Engineer and experience in Industrial Construction. Today, Hamilton Glass Company resides in a beautiful 8400 square foot office and warehouse off College Street, serving all of Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.

Hamilton Glass recently hosted the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours event at their new location. Various builders, suppliers and other business people from the area gathered to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and spirits and to mingle.
