Chefs Steven Chandler of Kayne Prime, Jay Mitchell of Tennessee Brew Works, Eric Zika of Oak Steakhouse, Andrew Whitney of Virago and Richard Jones of Green Door Gourmet will all be creating and cooking Certified Angus Beef courses using Lodge Cast Iron.
