With an extensive background in digital marketing, Beth Frame came into the realty field after working many years as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on social media for Gannett in downtown Nashville. She changed jobs in 2016, accepting a position as the Marketing Director at Parks Auction and Land Division.

“It was during that time that I learned the ins and outs of real estate,” said Frame. “Several years later, I am now working full time selling real estate. I have both my realtor and auctioneer licenses.”

Frame knows how to reach new buyers and believes 65% of her business comes (either directly or through referrals) from people you know, like and trust – your sphere of influence (SOI). She believes relationship marketing coupled with a smart digital marketing strategy is the most effective way to bring sellers and buyers together.

A quote from Douglas Adams inspires her personal sales philosophy, “To give real service you must add something that cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.”

Frame is a proud alum of Middle Tennessee State University, graduating in 1999. She met her husband, a General Mills transplant, here, and they have two boys at Siegel Middle School. “We go to World Outreach Church, are members at the Stones River Country Club. We love to play golf and tennis. I am personally involved in our local tennis community at Adams Tennis Center.”

She loves helping her customers sell or find the house they have always been looking to buy. She is happy to share her love of the area, and bring her deep understanding of social media advertising strategy into the mix, which is critical to tech savvy new buyers.
