Michael Osborne wants to be up front with his clients -- working in the real estate industry is not easy. While television shows on HGTV, TLC, and Bravo make it look easy, it is not a
nine to five career. Being a successful real estate agent takes a full time plus commitment
to the client, the craft, and the career.

“I love to live the real estate lifestyle,” said Osborne, “this means that I am always on and available for every client, potential client, friend, family member, or stranger that just wants to talk shop. I feel that my biggest strength is REALLY listening to the client. It is not done well these days, as most agents want to rush to push a client into a house that is available, not the home that they want. Listening is a lost art, interpreting what you are being told is another lost art. Watching body language when showing a home, hearing little comments, being present in the moment. That is what I try to do to get my client what they are looking for.”

Osborne says that he has no fear of clients telling him what they want. In return, they must understand that he’s going to be straightforward in his responses. “I will always give a truthful answer,” added Osborne, “whether the client likes it or not. I know that I am not the right fit for everyone, and I do not take it personal when someone chooses another agent.

Sometimes it’s all about the chemistry, and sometimes it’s all about the situation.” He has worked with a wide variety of people, from the ‘go with the flow’ laid back type, to the detail oriented all business C-Suite executive. “My personality is very fluid,” noted Osborne, “I can adapt to most any situation that I am presented.”

For 15 years he has been selling real estate, and not only does he enjoy the business, but he is deeply involved in the community. In his free time, he and his wife, Breanne, can be found entertaining their rambunctious 11-pound Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix puppy named Vandy.
