It’s hard to believe that summer has already come and gone. But if I’m being honest, I won’t miss the extreme heat we’ve all endured. I’m more than ready to welcome some cooler temperatures in the days ahead.

I’m especially excited to share our August Health & Wellness issue with you. This month’s VIProfile features Lee Allsbrook—my former Elementary PE teacher at Campus School and a true local legend. His lifelong commitment to fitness is both inspiring and heartwarming, and I’m thrilled for you to learn more about his journey.

Inside this issue, we’re also highlighting a variety of local Health & Wellness services—from counseling and aesthetics to personal trainers and dental care. As we all navigate different stages of life, especially those senior years, we’ve included even more resources to support healthy living at every age.

You’re going to love this month’s VIP Home feature. Kit and Chuck Ramsay have created a warm, inviting space filled with unique treasures and cherished family heirlooms. Kit’s style and talent are reflected in every space making their house perfect for hosting family and friends. We’re so grateful they allowed us to step inside and share it with you.
And of course, it wouldn’t be VIP Murfreesboro without some of our favorite events of the season. We covered a little bit of everything this summer, and we hope you enjoy flipping through these pages as much as we enjoyed putting them together.
