Sign up for Kymari House Kindness Camp today! Limited spots available. Open to rising 2nd-6th graders. $150/camper ($25 deposit paid via Eventbrite with $125 balance due 30 days out). At least $25 of the $150 fee will be used toward tangible items which will be donated to the various organizations listed below.
Our mornings will consist of community service, while afternoons will be spent at Kymari House doing a variety of activities. We have a fully equipped facility (home, right across from Quinn's Mercantile downtown) suitable for childcare including several playrooms, a full kitchen, youth loft, basketball court, playground, and climbing wall.
We will be doing community service acts throughout the week. Stops will tentatively include Greenhouse Ministries, PAWS, the Greenway, The Journey Home, and Creekside at Three Rivers Assisted Living. We hope to tour most stops, as well as perform an act of service or complete a project. Children will also be asked to bring different items on different days, but this will not be required (canned goods, magazines, etc).
This camp is sure to be lots of fun! At the end of the week, parents will receive a journal of their child’s documentation of their experience.
